Carroll earned a bachelor of science from the University in international business. She earned four letters in track and field, winning College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) championships in 400-meter competition and the triple jump. Carroll was 2002 and 2003 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) All-American in the triple jump. She holds several North Park University records in track and field, including 200- and 400-meter events (indoor and outdoor), the triple jump and 4 x100 meter relay. Carroll also holds three letters in volleyball. She lives in Powder Springs, Ga., where she is employed as a manager by the Walgreen Corporation. Carroll mentors a group of store managers by providing professional development, identifying employee training programs and leading corporate initiatives. She has served as the Cobb and Douglas County Team captain for Relay for Life and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Carroll volunteers at Turner Chapel Church, Marietta, Ga., and the Boys and Girls Club and The Pantry, both of Douglas County. She will receive a master of business administration in February.
