CHICAGO, Ill. – After a four-match sweep in Puerto Rico, the North Park University Women's Volleyball team jumped five spots from No. 20 to No. 15 in the Week 1 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Top 25 poll released on Tuesday afternoon. 15^th is the highest the Vikings have been rated since their program best ranking of 13 last season on November 14.

Entering their first home match of 2024, the Vikings boast some of the top numbers in Division III Volleyball:

8^th in digs per set: 21.00

11^th in total digs: 294

14^th in total attacks per set: 40.50

18^th in total aces: 44

28^th in total attacks: 567

32^nd in total kills: 185

37^th in kills per set: 13.21

37^th total assists: 166

Junior libero Carolina Aviles and senior outside hitter Adriana Rodriguez, who were named the respective Defensive and Offensive CCIW Players of the Week on Tuesday, also appear in the national rankings.
