LAKE GENEVA, Wis. -- North Park Men's Golf placed 10th of 12 teams at the 36-hole, 1-day Como Crossings Intercollegiate on Wednesday. Felix Pettersson carded a +4 (75, 73) to place tied for sixth of 72 golfers.

Pettersson carded eight pars and four birdies through the first 18 holes in a strong start, before adding five birdies in the next 11 holes to crack into the top 10 at the Como Crossings Invite.

Oliver Parkner also enjoyed a strong first 18, especially on the back nine where he shot a 36 with a pair of birdies and only one hole over par. He shot three over par for the first 18 and placed tied for 32nd in the event.

Host Carthage tied with Dubuque for the win, finishing with a total score of 599 as the Firebirds' B squad placed third with a 602. Dubuque's John Dobbe was the outright champion, finishing with a stellar score of 138 (70, 68) where his only hole above par was a bogey.
