NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- After three top-five finishes at Wheaton's Don Church Invitational last Saturday, senior thrower Clark Fremouw was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Male Field Athlete of the Week.

Fremouw, a senior from Matteson, Ill., took first in the discus at the Don Church Invitational with a throw of 49.82 meters, setting a new North Park record. At the same event, Fremouw was in the shot put with a heave of 14.92 meters and fifth-place in the hammer throw with a toss of 47.18 meters.

Fremouw's 49.82m mark in the discus currently ranks 16th in Division III Track & Field.
