2024: Named Third Team All-Region 5 and First Team All-CCIW as a safety ... Picked off Illinois Wesleyan in each of the Titans' final three drives, leading to CCIW Defensive Player of the Week honors on Oct. 28 ... Honors elevated to D3football.com National Team of the Week on Oct. 29 ... Anchoring the secondary of the stout Viking defense, Butler led the CCIW in interceptions (4) and had 63 total tackles (52 solo, 11 assisted) ... Most safeties are looked at as ball hawks or pass-first guys, but Butler was a run-first player, almost acting like a fourth linebacker for North Park ... He had 4 tackles for loss and 1 sack, both very impressive from the safety position ... On top of his 4 interceptions, Butler had 2 pass breakups and 1 fumble recovery on the season.

All-CCIW writeup: Butler proved to be the anchor of the Vikings' secondary.  He's a player who can fit the run while also being one of the elite ball hawks in the CCIW.  This was evident in Butler's league-leading 48 solo tackles and 4 interceptions, 3 of which came in the fourth quarter in a big game against Illinois Wesleyan.  He also added a pair of pass breakups on the season and posted a season-high 10 tackles at No. 23 Wheaton to close out the season. 

2023: Credited with 32 tackles, most of them solo (27) … Had six solo tackles against No. 1 North Central (Oct. 28) … Picked off a pass against Millikin (Sept. 23) and North Central … Broke up two passes on the season.

2022: Appeared in 7 games, totaling 8 tackles (7 solo, 1 assisted) and 2 pass breakups … Recorded 1+ tackle in his last 5 games played.
