KENOSHA, Wis. -- North Park Men's Golf was the only team to break 300 en route to a first-place finish at the Firebird Spring Invite. Alexander Remahl (71) and Felix Pettersson (72) were the top two finishers at the event, as NPU shot a 298 to claim the top spot.
Remahl was undeniable in the one-day, 18-hole event, shooting over par just twice. He shot par or better in the front nine to card a 33, enjoying a pair of birdies, and finished the back nine with a 38 to secure medalist honors.
Pettersson was right behind him, carding a 36 on the front and back to finish a stroke out of first. He shot par or better in 14 different holes and added a birdie on the front and back nine.Â
Additionally, Lucan Meade and Brady Pinter were in the mix at +6 (77) to finish t12 of 99 individuals.

North Park heads to Rockford, Illinois for the CCIW Preview at Aldeen Golf Course next Thursday, April 16.
