PERRY PARK, Ky. – North Park men's golf opened its 2026 fall season at the Klash in Kentucky, playing a two-round weekend at Perry Park Golf Resort. The Vikings finished third of six teams, shooting 316, 319.

Lucan Meaded was the top performer for North Park. Placing fourth 35 golfers. In Saturday's round one, he shot a 79 that included a birdie on hole 13. He further strengthened his weekend on Sunday by shooting a 76, carding a 37 on the back nine and scoring three birdies through his second 18.

Felix Petersson was the seventh-place finisher, carding three birdies on day one and a pair on day two. He shot 38 twice in his second round on Sunday and carded a 39 on Saturday's back nine.

Jack Groves slotted himself 13th thanks to a very strong day one. He shot a 36 on the front nine on Saturday with five pars and a pair of birdies before securing two more birdies on the back nine.

Tommy Taylor also had a strong front nine in his only day of competition on Saturday, carding three birdies on the front nine to shoot a 36 through nine and 75 through 18.

The Vikings participate in the IWU Invitational at Ironwood Golf Course and Weibring Golf Golf Course this coming Friday, April 3. North Park tees off at noon in Bloomington, Illinois.
