WARRENVILLE, Ill. -- North Park Men's Golf placed 27th of 45 teams at the Midwest Region Classic on Friday afternoon. Day 2 scores for the Vikings were rained out, as the Vikings were on their way to climbing the ranks.

Felix Pettersson was the top player for the Vikings, placing 49th in a pool of 246 golfers. He carded a 75 (+3) and had three birdies on Friday. Brady Pinter and Alexander Remahl were also in the upper third of finishers (76) as the dup both shot a 77. Remahl posted the Vikings' top score on the back nine with a 35, featuring three birdies in the final official nine holes of the tournament.
