CHICAGO, Ill. -- Following eight matches away from home, going 6-2 along the way, North Park Women's Volleyball hosts their home opener on Friday, Sept. 12, to begin the 2025 Windy City Invite. The Vikings host Kalamazoo College (4-3) at 11:00 AM CT before turning their attention to Wisconsin Lutheran College (2-5) at 6:30 PM CT later on Friday.
As of Thursday morning, the Vikings rank 40th in Division III Volleyball with 358 Kills and 46th with 12.79 Kills Per Set. The team is also 45th in DIII with 74 Service Aces. Junior setter Kendal Britton's 10.29 Assists Per Set rank 10th and her 288 total Assists are 11th. Senior libero Carolina Aviles ranks 28th with 21 Service Aces and 53rd with 131 Digs.
Senior outside hitter Annaliese Rottman is the Vikings' Kills leader with 91 on the season, averaging 3.79 per set with a .212 hitting percentage. Senior middle blocker Kharlie Simeona-French is second on the team with 72 kills (2.57 per set) and third in blocks (8) and aces (11). Junior middle blocker Meg Rothermel leads the defense with 20 blocks, including 6 in her last two matches. Senior middle blocker Riana Hayes is not far behind Rothermel with 14 blocks.
