CHICAGO, Ill. -- The North Park ESPORTS' Smash Ultimate team enjoyed a perfect fall season, winning all nine of of its matches.

The Vikings were 3-0 in the Top 8 conference tournament, including a Finals win on Tuesday evening with a 2-1 win (12-11, 10-12, 12-11) over Illinois Wesleyan University. The win secured a 9-0 record for the fall season and earned the Vikings a bid to the National Tournament in April.

The Smash Ultimate team includes Hannani Elghaoth (Sophomore), Nolan Baumgartner (MAE), Darien Wheeler (Senior), Anastasia Maltezos (Sophomore), Melanie Garcia Nodarse (Freshman), and program director Peter Casella.
