NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- North Park Women's Volleyball sent a pair of players to the 2024 All-Conference team, unveiled by the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) on Monday afternoon. Senior outside hitter Adriana Rodriguez earned first team honors while junior libero Carolina Aviles secured a second team nod.

Rodriguez enjoys her fourth career honors on the league's first-team ballot, becoming the first Viking in program history to do so. In CCIW action, Rodriguez led all players with a 4.71 Kills per Set mark and 5.46 Points per Set. Her 132 kills and 153 points were second only to the league's Player of the Year in Illinois Wesleyan's Taylor French (134, 163). She was also second in the CCIW with 19 Service Aces and 0.68 Aces per Set. Rodriguez had double-digit kills totals in all CCIW matches except for one, ending the regular season with 23 kills on a career high 76 swings against Carroll.

Aviles is back on the league's yearly honor roll after earning second team honors in her freshman 2022 season. She was seventh in the league with 3.72 Digs per Set and her 93 digs were good for ninth, despite playing in fewer sets than most CCIW defensive specialists and liberos. Additionally, she cracked the league's top ten with 0.48 Aces per Set (t7) and 12 aces (9th). Aviles reached double-digit dig totals in four CCIW matches. She added 20 assists and a .939 receiving percentage to a quality junior season.

Additionally, senior defensive specialist Stefania Balestra was North Park's representative for the RESPECT Award.
