Dominated by a solid inside game, North Park powered its way to a 73-46 victory over host Aurora University Wednesday afternoon in Aurora.

Sophomore guard Liz Rehberger turned in her second 20-point performance this season as she scored a game-high 21 in leading the Vikings to their third win of the season. North Park also scored 36 points in the paint, 18 in each half, and forced 23 turnovers, scoring 25 points off the Spartan mistakes.

The Vikings built as much as a 28-point lead late in the second half after a lay-up from freshman Kennedy Kantner and led 42-19 at halftime after racing out to a 24-6 first half advantage.

Sophomore Nikki Przybyslawski added 11 points and junior Nicole Kruckman finished with 10 as the only other Viking in double-figure scoring. North Park went as many as six deep into their bench and all but one player scored in the contest. Shannon Koski led the Spartans, who moved to 0-4 on the year, with 19 points.

North Park (3-1) returns to action Saturday when it hosts Eureka College, as part of a doubleheader with the men's basketball team, at 3 p.m.
