2025: Named to the All-CCIW team for the second time in her career, landing on the second team ... 

All-CCIW writeup: Applequist ended her conference season with 2 goals, 1 assist, and 5 points, but her impact was not what showed up in the stat sheet - it was her presence navigating the middle of the field.  Applequist played the most minutes this season of any Viking at 720, never coming off the field in conference games. Her ability to move from the forward third to the back third all while controlling the middle of the pitch provided an anchor for the Viking defense and a safety blanket for the offense when on the attack. 

2024: Named a Second Team All-CCIW selection ... One of just four Vikings to start in all 17 games ... Tied for the team lead with three assists ... Fifth on the team with 11 shots on goal and tied for third with 21 total shots ... Tied for second on the team with three goals scored ... Three shots on goal against Carthage, including the winning goal (Oct. 30) ... Played a full 90 in seven different games.

All-CCIW writeup: Applequist was one of five players to start in all eight league games for the Vikings. The Morton Grove, Illinois native put six shots on goal against CCIW opponents, scoring in a 1-0 win against Carthage while assisting in a 2-0 win over Illinois Wesleyan. Her CCIW score arrived in the final game of the season, sending a 25-yard strike through the Firebird defense and into the back of the net at the Holmgren Athletic Complex.

First career goal: Sept. 25 at U-Chicago

2023: Appeared in 10 games and made nine starts … Was fourth on the team with 16 shots as five arrived on frame … Assisted on a pair of goals: one against Benedictine (Sept. 1) and one against Carthage (Oct. 18) … Also had a pair of shots on goal against Carthage.
