2025: Named First Team All-CCIW ... Became the first player from NPU WSOC to earn a CCIW Player of the Week award since the 2017 season on Oct. 7 ... Enjoyed a three-assist game against Wheaton (Oct. 4) and at Illinois Wesleyan (Oct. 11) ... 

All-CCIW writeup: Sjøstedt led all players in assists with 6, the first Viking to lead the CCIW in that category in program history, and was fifth in points (10).  Though she only had 2 goals in conference games, she consistently applied pressure to opposing defenses with 29 total shots with 10 being on goal, good for third and sixth in the CCIW. 

2024: Appeared in 16 games and made a dozen starts ... Third on the team with eight points, second with three goals scored, and added a pair of assists ... Second on the team with 14 shots on goal and led the Vikings with 36 total shots ... Had a goal at UChicago (Sept. 25) ... Registered two shots on goal in six different games ... Seven total shots at Wheaton (Oct. 5).

First career assist: Sept. 21 at Kalamazoo

2023: Played in all 16 games and started in 10 as the Vikings’ top points and goals scorer … Accumulated eight points through a team-leading four goals … One of two players to score more than once … Led NPU with 17 shots on goal and totaled 28 on the season … Had a pair of CCIW goals in a 2-1 win over Carthage (Oct. 18) … Showcased three different games with a trio of shots on goal … Played 80+ minutes in five different games.
