North Park University Athletics

The 2024-25 season was the third at the helm and the seventh as a coach with the North Park Women's Basketball program for Coach Annie (Shain) Radenkovich.

During the 2017-18 season, Shain served as the Vikings' graduate assistant coach before being promoted to a full-time assistant position and, eventually, head coach in 2022.

As a student-athlete at North Park, Shain was a four-year letter winner and a two-year captain on the North Park women's basketball team.  She ranks 5th all-time in three-point field goal percentage and three-pointers made.  Coach Shain was also nominated for the Female Sportsman of Year honor as a senior.

Following her graduation from North Park, Coach Shain was an assistant coach at Benedictine University. 

Coach Shain played her high school basketball at Wheaton Warrenville South High School in Suburban Wheaton.  Shain was a four-year letter winner and was captain of the 2011 DVC Championship team.  She was Honorable Mention All-DVC and an all-area selection as a junior and as a senior.
