High School: Was a two-year letter winner for the baseball team…Led the team to an IHSA regional title as a senior and finished the season as the team leader in home runs (5) and RBI (28)…Was selected as an Illinois State Scholar Athlete for maintaining a 3.5 grade point average or better all four years.
