High School: Was a three-year letter winner as a second baseman and center fielder for the baseball team…Earned team MVP honors his senior year as well as All-District honors…Led the team in batting average and on-base percentage…Helped lead his team to back-to-back state titles in 2010 and 2011 and was the southwest region runner-up.
