High School: Was a two-year letter winner as a pitcher and a first baseman for the baseball team…Helped lead his summer league baseball team to an IHSBCA Summer League championship in 2012 as well as an IHSA Class 4A state runner-up finish in the spring…Earned All-Tournament summer league honors…Carried a 2.55 earned run average his senior year.
