CHICAGO, Ill. -- North Park Women's Volleyball senior setter Kendal Britton set up 113 kills for the Vikings last week, leading to College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Setter of the Week honors on Monday afternoon. This is the sixth time Britton has earned a CCIW Setter of the Week nod, tying a program record set by 2022 CCIW Setter of the Year Christina Gatta. 

Britton started the week by posting a 22-assist match at Aurora in three sets before adding 20 more in the Vikings' return home against Hope. In those two matches she also added 5 service aces, a pair of blocks and 8 digs.

Her production took off at the Beloit Triangular this past Friday, enjoyed 71 assists across seven sets in the Vikings' sweep of the day. She assisted on 35 kills in a three-set win at Beloit before rounding out the afternoon with 36 assists across four sets against Rockford. Britton also added 6 kills and 15 digs on the day, enjoying a double-double against Beloit (35 assists, 12 digs) where she attacked at a .444 clip in 9 chances.

In total, the senior from Grand Rapids, Michigan boasted 113 assists, 6 kills, 7 aces, 23 digs, and 4 blocks across her four matches played last week.

Britton and the Vikings are back in action on Friday, September 25, hosting Augustana for their conference opener inside Carlson Gym.
