CHICAGO, Ill. -- Junior setter Kendal Britton was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Setter of the Week for the second time this season, when the league announced its picks on Monday afternoon. Britton led the Vikings to four victories at their hosted Windy City Invite this past weekend, averaging 8.86 kills per set.

Britton, who made her way to North Park from Grand Rapids, Michigan, enjoyed a pair of near-double-doubles this past weekend in an all-around performance. The Vikings' setter boasted three matches with 30+ assists, including 37 in the team's opening-round match with Kalamazoo. She boasted a career high seven aces in a four-set win over Franklin where she also added nine digs. Britton tallied 14 aces in her four matches played and was credited with three blocks against the Grizzlies.

Britton and the Vikings open CCIW play this coming Wednesday, September 17, traveling to face Elmhurst University.
