CHICAGO, Ill. -- On Monday afternoon, junior setter Kendal Britton claimed her third College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Setter of the Week honor this season, becoming the first player in the conference to be honored three times in 2025 for any category - Hitter, Setter, Defense.

Britton, who made her way to North Park via Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2023, continues to set new career highs in her standout junior campaign. The Vikings' setter assisted on 50 kills, a new career mark in a 3-1 win over Governors State this past Friday. In addition to that being a career high, she was just three assists off the four-set record for the Blue & Gold, as Christina Gatta had 53 at Wheaton on October 27, 2021. Britton is only the second player in program history to total 50 or more assists in a four-set match.

For the week, Britton posted 72 assists, 14 digs, three blocks, and a service ace as she climbs closer to the 700-assist mark in 2025.

Britton and the rest of North Park Women's Volleyball are back in action at home this Wednesday, October 8, for a match with North Central (13-4, 2-0 CCIW). First serve in Carlson Gym is set for 7:00 PM CT.
