CHICAGO, Ill. -- After nearly three weeks away from intercollegiate competition, the Vikings Women's Tennis Team returned to action with a 7-2 loss to the Roosevelt University Lakers on Thursday night.

Alexandra Ristfeldt and Katarina Carlberg at #1 doubles were the only Vikings that came away with a doubles win, 8-7. #2 doubles of Carla Cazes and Maddie Starr played a close 8-7 loss while #3 doubles of Ella Darrow and Jiliyn Boles fell 8-2.

Cazes had a three-set win (3-6, 7-5, 10-2) at #3 singles, representing the only win the Vikings had in singles in the non-conference match.

North Park (1-1) will travel to Milwaukee for a non-conference match on Friday, April 5, at MSOE. First serve is set for 4:00 PM.
