RIVER FOREST, Ill. – North Park women's soccer had to settle for its third draw of the season on Sunday afternoon, tying the Dominican Stars at West Campus Field 1-1.

The Vikings and Stars were nearly statistically identical in this one, as the teams were even on shots (15) while NPU had a slight advantage with nine shots on goal compared to Dominican's eight.

North Park accounted for the lone goal in the first half when Emily Le scored in the 39th minute off assists by Lina Bogg and Angelica Børkeeiet.

However, after totaling 10 shots and four corners in the second half, Dominican's Alexandria Canarelli drove the equalizer in the 73rd minute.

North Park (1-3-3) has one more non-conference game before opening league play on Homecoming Saturday against Augustana. The Vikings' next game will be at home on Wednesday, September 20, against Lake Forest College. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM at Holmgren.
