DUBUQUE, Iowa – North Park men's basketball picked up their fourth win in five games on Saturday night, taking an 82-72 road win over Loras College.
North Park broke an 11-11 tie at the 14:43 mark on an Adam Bulwa layup, followed by a fastbreak three pointer from Lance Nelson in the Vikings' next possession to establish a lead.
The Duhawks would later tie everything up with 3:46 left in the first half, 31-31. However, Shamar Pumphrey put North Park ahead with a jumper, Jalen Boyd buried a three and layup, and Marquise Jackson put the cherry on top with a steal-to-fastbreak layup, giving the Vikings a 40-33 lead at the half.

The Duhawks made it a game with 11 minutes to go in the second half from a Declan Ciurlik three and Alex Singleton free throw, narrowing the Vikings' lead to 57-49. However, the North Park continued to neutralize every Duhawk score with a basket of their own en route to the 82-72 win.
