ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- The North Park women's volleyball team dropped a three-set match to Augustana College on Saturday afternoon (24-26, 19-25, 17-25).

North Park posted plenty of quality individual performances in the loss. Adriana Rodriguez continued to showcase her lethal attacks with a match-leading 15 kills and a pair of aces, Christina Gatta totaled 29 assists, and NPU posted 37 kills on the night, compared to Augie's 27. Additionally, Debbie Dinkel stuffed two Augie attacks and Carolina Aviles notched 19 digs.

However, serves were a difference maker in the match. Augustana's Emily Schipper posted five aces as North Park totaled 17 service errors. Additionally, NPU only managed a .144 attacking percentage, leading to the three-set loss.

What's Next?

North Park (19-8, 4-3 CCIW) will carry on in a very competitive CCIW race next Friday, October 28, with a match at North Central. First serve in Naperville is set for 7:00 PM at Gregory Arena.
