Lisle, Ill. – The North Park men's volleyball team got better as the match went along but ended up running out of time as they were defeated by a score of 3-0 against No. 7 Benedictine University.
After falling by 10 in the first set, the Vikings pulled closer in the second and third set, falling in those by eight and only five, respectively. A kill by Erik Bullard midway through the third set saw North Park hold a 11-9 advantage on their nationally ranked opponent, but the Eagles proved to be too much.
