CHICAGO, Ill. -- The North Park University men's volleyball team fell to the Augustana College Vikings, 1-3, on Saturday afternoon.
North Park featured up-and-down action in each set, hitting .000, .423, -.083, and .226 through their four sets of play. In their best set of the night and the lone win, the Vikings posted 14 kills.
Unfortunately, 61 kills, four service aces and nine blocks from Augie allowed them to cruise to their eighth victory of the season.
In the match, Arthur Barczak led the Vikings once more with 9 kills, while Daniel Porche followed with 8. Augustana was led by Jason Szara with 18 kills and Caleb Minnis who tallied 5 blocks.Â
