CHICAGO, Ill. -- On Saturday night, the North Park University men's basketball team hosted the nation's third seed in Augustana College (13-1, 5-0 CCIW), dropping the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin contest 64-109.
Augustana was the first to reach double-digits, utilizing their height advantage of 6'11" junior center Micah Martin. The visiting Vikings would then go on to tally a barrage of 3-pointers from senior guard Nolan Ebel, junior forward Pierson Wofford, and junior guard Austin Elledge, pushing the score to 27-10.
Through the rest of the half, Augustana would keep the pressure on North Park's offense and hold them to 32.
In the first half, Augustana shot at a clip of 62.2% (23-37) while North Park was held to 39.3% (11-28).

Augustana kept their momentum in the opening minutes of the second half, extending their lead to 33 points on free throws from junior guard Lucas Simon and a dunk from Micah Martin.
Unfortunately, North Park was not able to keep up with the fast-paced offense of Augustana, as the Vikings fell 64-109.
