North Park ended the 2012-13 men's basketball season with an 80-51 loss to visiting Carthage College in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin action on Senior Night Tuesday.

Prior to the contest, NP recognized its five outstanding seniors: Zach Cassita, Jr., Mark Holmes, Pat McCarthy, Brett Peterson and Paul Brown for the hard work and dedication they've given to the program during their collegiate careers.
Cassita led the Vikings with a game-high 20 points, connecting on 8 of 17 field goals including a pair of three-pointers, while Holmes added 10 as the only other Viking in double-figure scoring.

Three different players finished in double-figure scoring for the Red Men, led by 17 points from Mitch Thompson. Marlon Senior added 15 and Kevin Sykes, Jr. tallied 10 for Carthage, which finished the season with an even 7-7 mark in the CCIW and a 12-13 overall record.

North Park completes the season with a 6-19 record under first-year head coach Tom Slyder.
