Dr. Jeffrey Baker is a 1992 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a degree in Athletic Training and Cardiovascular Health and Exercise where he played 4 years of varsity soccer.  In 2000 he graduated from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.  He completed a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgery residency at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey and a one-year fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute in Des Plaines, Illinois.  Dr. Baker has been a podiatric physician and surgeon at the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute since 2004 and practices out of the Lincoln Park location in Chicago.  Prior to becoming a podiatric physician, Dr. Baker spent four years as the Athletic Trainer at Westwood High School in Westwood, Massachusetts.
