Jason grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago before attending Western Michigan University for his undergrad where he played Division I Football. He then attended Midwestern University CCOM for medical school and subsequently completed his residency in Family Medicine at Resurrection Medical Center where he stayed for his current Sports Medicine Fellowship year. Jason lives in Naperville with his wife, Ashley, and their son, Chase.
