2013: Started two of the 10 games he appeared in as a pitcher and carried a 6.75 earned run average…In 17 1/ 3 innings pitched, he struck out eight batters and walked only two…Had a 1-1 record and recorded one save.

2012: Attended Knox College and was a pitcher for the Prairie Fire…Made 15 appearances and had five starts with a 4-3 record…In 31.1 innings pitched, he had a 7.18 earned run average, giving up 34 hits and 27 runs, 25 earned…Recorded 15 strikeouts and 18 walks and yielded only seven extra base hits.

High School: Was a four-year letter winner for the baseball team as a pitcher and a second and third baseman…Had a .343 batting average and served as a team captain and earned MVP honors his senior year…Earned All-Conference and All-Area honors as a senior as well.

Personal: Majoring in athletic training…Parents are James and Debra…Has two brothers.
