The 2019 season will be the second for Head Coach Kim Uetrecht.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Uetrecht has spent her past three seasons as the Associate Head Women's Soccer Coach with the Adrian College Bulldogs. This past season, she assisted in leading the Bulldogs to a 13-5-3 overall finish and a 10-4-2 finish in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA). Earning a third-place finish in conference play, Uetrecht helped lead the Bulldogs to an MIAA Tournament Semifinals appearance.
Prior to coaching at Adrian, Uetrecht first began coaching in a collegiate setting at Concordia University - Nebraska where she graduated May 2015 with an MBA in Health Care Administration. Working mainly with the goalkeepers as a Graduate Assistant, she helped lead the Bulldogs to their first NAIA National Tournament appearance in program history. Uetrecht also guided the Bulldogs to a GPAC Tournament Championship.
Uetrecht is also the current Head Coach of the Pacesetter Soccer Club in Toledo, Ohio where she helps train, manage, and develop the U16 team.
As a player, Uetrecht was a 4-year varsity starter (2009-2012) and 3-year varsity captain (2010-2012) at Ohio Christian University where she graduated in December of 2012 with a Bachelor's of Arts in International Business and Pre-Law. She also played with an elite group of athletes in the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) as a Clermont Phoenix and served as the team chaplain.
In 2012, Uetrecht received the National Christian College Athletic Association Michelle Akers award that honors a student-athlete who best models the values of America's first female soccer star.
Uetrecht is also pursuing her Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States.
