High School: Was a two-year letter winner as an infielder for the softball team…Served as a team captain her senior year and helped lead the team to an IHSA regional championship in 2011…Recorded a .617 slugging percentage, a .412 batting average and a .417 on-base percentage as a sophomore and helped lead the team to a No. 15 Illinois state ranking…Helped lead her club softball team, the Vernon Hills Stingers and Palatine Angels to summer league championships as well as a conference championship under coach Mark Hays…Was a member of the 2013 Spring Honor Roll and was selected as an IHSA State Scholar…Was also the recipient of the Richard C. Kolze Achievement Award for academic scholar as well as the IHSA Academic Award and the Good Citizen Award.
