McNaughton enters his first season as a graduate assistant coach for the North Park University men's soccer team in 2021.

McNaughton, a 2012 graduate of NPU, spent four years as a starter for the 2009-2011 Viking men's soccer teams, earning captain status his senior year. 

After graduating with a degree in business and economics, McNaughton has built a professional career around the world of finance. Most recently, he's worked for Neuberger Berman in trade management and as an operations analyst.
