Bond enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Vikings. A three-time College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Champion from 2004-2006, Bond earned Second Team All-Conference honors for the Vikings in 2005, and First Team All-CCIW honors in 2006 and 2007.  In addition, he was honored as a National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Central Region selection in 2007 as well as a D3soccer.com All-Central region honoree his junior year, and was selected as the NPU Male Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2008.
