Conway begins his first season as an assistant after a successful three-year playing career as a student-athlete for the Vikings. Prior to being named a D3 Preseason All-American for his junior season, Conway earned All-CCIW First Team honors – the first NPU player to do so since the 2007 season – as North Park’s top receiver in 2013. He caught 49 passes for 608 yards and had a team-best six touchdowns. As a senior, Conway had 22 catches for 256 yards. He started in all six games he appeared in.
