North Park University Athletics

2012: Appeared in three games…Recorded four total tackles, including a season-high two assisted tackles against Illinois Wesleyan University in Week 5. Had solo tackles against Olivet College (Week 3) and Augustana College (Week 7).

2011: Appeared in one game.

High School: Was a 4-year letter winner for wrestling and a 2-year letter winner for football and track and field…Captain of the football team for 1 year and wrestling for 2 years…Named all conference 4 years for wrestling and 1 year for football…Member of the conference championship football team 2 years and conference championship wrestling team 3 years.

Personal: Parents are Christopher and Laura Butz…majoring in history…brother Joe is a member of the North Park football team.
