NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The No. 14-ranked North Central College Cardinals beat North Park University Men's Volleyball in straight sets (25-23, 25-21, 25-19) inside NCC's Gregory Arena on Saturday in the Vikings' final match of the season.
Set Details:
- Set 1: North Central secured the first set with a score of 25-23. The Vikings were neck-and-neck with the nationally recognized team, nearly matching the Cardinals' kills (15-13) and attacking percentage (.220-.178). North Park also limited its attack errors to three.
- Set 2: The second set saw North Central slightly pull away: their hitting percentage improved to 0.286, with 11 kills and only 3 errors on 28 attempts. North Park's offense also took a step up with 15 kills and a .184 mark.
- Set 3: North Central put the Vikings away in set three with their most potent offense of the day: a .500 hitting percentage, 18 kills, and only three errors.
