CHICAGO, Ill. -- North Park Women's Tennis refuses to lose, as they picked up their seventh win of an undefeated season on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings secured a 5-2 win on their home courts, taking down the Augustana Vikings for their sixth win in CCIW play.
North Park took two of three doubles matches as the #2 duo of Hanna Zethraeus and Emilia Sand won handily at 6-1 while #3 double Alexandra Pugachova and Maddie Starr were equally impressive with a 6-2 win. #1 doubles of Alexandra Ristfeldt and Katja Carlberg had a close 6-3 loss, but North Park would secure two of three to be in a good position heading to singles play.
The Vikings from Chicago picked up four wins in singles play. #2 singles player Alexandra Ristfeldt went extras in the first set, winning 7-5, before a smooth 6-2 win in the second set while #3 Katja Carlberg won 6-2 in both sets. #5 player Alexandra Ristfeldt also had a pair of 6-2 wins while Maddie Starr bested her opponent 6-1, 6-4.

North Park (7-0, 6-0 CCIW) will face Elmhurst University on the road next Monday, October 7, for a 4:00 PM match with the Bluejays.
