DECATUR, Ill. -- The North Park women's basketball team fell to 25th-ranked Millikin Big Blue, 70-50, on Wednesday night. The Vikings forced the league leaders into 19 turnovers, but Millikin defended its home court.

The Vikings were led in scoring by senior forward Esther Miller, who totaled 13 points of 6-of-11 shooting, including a 3-pointer. Elisha Dunlap nearly posted a double-double, pulling down nine rebounds while scoring eight points. Nine different Vikings marked a steal in the loss, including two each by Miller and Lauren McKnight.

For the Big Blue, Elyce Knudsen paced the offense with 23 points while Bailey Coffman followed with 14. Additionally, Chelsea McKullum and Miranda Fox both grabbed four steals as the Big Blue totaled 17 in their win.

North Park (7-14, 3-9 CCIW) will return to Chicago for its final regular season home game next Wednesday, Feb. 8. Tipoff at the NPU Gym will be 7pm.
