CHICAGO, Ill. – Following a record book day at the Holmgren Athletic Complex this past Saturday, running back AJ Harris has been named to the d3football.com National Team of the Week, as the organization announced on Tuesday morning.
Harris's 11 catches for 245 total yards were the third-most in NPU history in a near come-from-behind win against Carroll on October 9. Harris had one touchdown, a 64-yarder which was NPU's second score of the fourth quarter, cutting the lead to 34-13. He finished with 254 yards from scrimmage.
Harris is seventh in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) with 75.2 receiving yards per game and sixth in the league with six touchdowns.
