BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- The North Park University football team concluded its season on Saturday, falling to the Illinois Wesleyan University Titans, 32-6 inside Tucci Stadium.
In the first quarter, the Titans scored 20 unanswered points to take an early lead, highlighted by a 41-yard pick six by Nico Gubenko. Illinois Wesleyan added six more right before the end of the first half on an eight-yard rush to grab a 26-0 lead before halftime.

In the third quarter, the Vikings marked their lone points of the day. After senior Uati Pati intercepted the Titans' quarterback on the NPU 42 yard-line, it set up a 31-yard touchdown connection from sophomore quarterback Grant Borsch to senior tight end Na'im Smith.
However, the Titans would score another touchdown in the third quarter to lead the Vikings 32-6.
Neither team could find the end zone in the fourth quarter as the Titans went on to defeat the Vikings by the same score - 32-6.
