Suffering only their second loss in the last three games, North Park fell to visiting North Central College 73-67 Saturday night in CCIW action.
Without senior guard Juwan Henry in the lineup for the second-straight game, North Park made the most of their obstacles and nearly pulled out their ninth conference win behind a near sellout crowd at the North Park Gym.

Junior forward Jordan Robinson went for 14 of his game-high 27 points in the first half as he helped lead North Park to a 34-26 first half advantage and later a six-point margin at 43-37 on a T.J. Cobbs' lay-up with 17:35 left in the second, but North Central overcame the deficit and used a 9-3 scoring run in the final 2:24 to earn the victory.
North Park kept its turnovers down – committing only seven miscues – while they forced 16 North Central mistakes – six off steals to generate 15 points off turnovers.
Robinson was a key element in finding his open teammates as well as he dished seven assists. Cobbs tallied 13 points on 6 of 9 shooting while Joe Biko came off the bench to tally 10 points. Jagger Anderson led North Central with 25 points while Erwin Henry added 24.
North Park (15-5, 8-3) looks to rebound Wednesday night when it travels to Kenosha, Wisconsin to take on Carthage College at 7 p.m.
