Riding the success of a superb first-half shooting display, North Park swept the season series from Illinois Wesleyan Wednesday night, upending the Titans 96-86 for their first season sweep of IWU since the 1980 season.
Five different players finished in double-figure scoring led by 26 points from senior Juwan Henry, but most impressive was the sharp-shooting effort from senior Joe Biko who was a perfect 3 for 3 from the three-point line in the first half on his way to 4 of 8 overall as he tallied a season-high 12 points.

North Park connected on nearly 62 percent of its field goals in the first half (61.8) and held a 14-point advantage which they later pushed to as many as 19 in the second half. Although Illinois Wesleyan fought its way back to an eight-point deficit in the final minute, NP's free throw shooting (5 of 6) in the waning moments proved to be too much.
The Titans quickly opened up a 10-6 advantage early on, but North Park used a 6-0 run of its own to move ahead 12-10 on a Henry lay-up. Biko's first three of the game came off his first blocked shot of the night and put the Vikes ahead 20-15. He later made it a 35-25 advantage on his third three with 7:17 remaining in the first.
Along with Biko and Henry, Robinson nearly notched his 10th double-double of the season as he tallied 25 points and nine rebounds before unfortunately fouling out. T.J. Cobbs added 11 points and Colin Lake 10 while Lake dished out seven assists. Brady Rose led Illinois Wesleyan with 19 points.
North Park (14-4, 7-2) returns to action Saturday when it travels to Elmhurst College for a 4 p.m. contest.
