CHICAGO, Ill. -- The North Park University women's soccer suffered a 0-2 loss to the Lake Forest College Foresters at the Holmgren Athletic Complex on Friday night.
The Vikings and Foresters were scoreless until Lake Forest freshman Raven Dziedzinski scored a goal at the 33rd minute to go up 1-0. The Foresters out-shot the Vikings 12-5 and through the first half, carrying their 1-0 into halftime. Senior captain Sam Moreno led the Vikings with two shots. Â

In the second half, after a foul in the box, freshman Alyssa Xanos cashed in on the penalty kick to give the Foresters their second goal of the night. This concluded the scoring, as the Vikings were out-shot 9-5 in the second half, ultimately falling 0-2.
