Nick Marino left behind a decorated career with the North Park University baseball program.
A 4-year starter as a middle infielder for current head coach Luke Johnson, Marino was a three-year captain and two-time All-CCIW selection.
The 2010 NPU Male Athlete of the Year is 3rd all time in career at bats (595), 3rd in assists (450), 4th in hits (198), and 7th in games played (149). Marino holds a career batting average of .333, including two seasons where he batted higher than .350 (2008 and 2010).
Marino also received multiple Academic All-Conference honors during his time as an NPU student-athlete.
