In addition to being named CCIW Player of the Week for the second-straight week, junior Liz Rehberger received some national recognition for her sensational play in leading North Park to a 2-0 record last week.

The sharp-shooting guard was named to the D3Hoops.com Team of the Week as North Park improved to 12-2 overall and 3-0 in conference, its best start in the last 13 seasons.

Rehberger averaged 31 points per game in back-to-back victories which put the Vikings in possession of first place in the CCIW. She connected on nearly 50 percent of her field goals in both games and nearly 80 percent of her free throws.

North Park returns to action tomorrow night when it travels to Wheaton College for a 7 p.m. contest.
