North Park football is now live on the air!

All remaining North Park football away games, starting with this weekend's contest at Olivet College in Michigan, will be webcast (audio only) via the North Park website. Play-by-Play announcer Greg Sager returns for his second season at the mic to bring you all the exciting North Park football action.

North Park is looking to rebound from a tough 30-22 loss to Benedictine University Sept. 8. Despite the loss, NP junior slotback Chris Broadway led the Vikings with three carries for 36 yards, including a touchdown, while senior Matt Hassan had eight carries for 20 yards and a touchdown. Junior quarterback Tyler Krebs completed 5 of his 14 passes for 56 yards and Hassan had two catches for 41 yards. Hassan is inching ever closer to becoming North Park's all-time leading rusher. With 85 yards this season, he only needs 669 yards the rest of the way to break David Bridges' record of 2,524 career yards set from 1982-85.

Olivet College enters this weekend's game seeking its first victory of the season after the Comets suffered a 28-12 loss to Rockford College Sept. 15. Quarterback Tony Phillips led Olivet's offense completing 21 of his 34 passes for 212 yards.
