CHICAGO, IL (October 15, 2011) – The North Park women's soccer team fell to Augustana College 3-0 in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin action for Homecoming Saturday night.

Despite the loss, NP recorded 10 shots, three on goal, and freshman keeper Katie Ibarra tied her career-high in saves with seven as she played all 90 minutes.

Augustana scored a pair of goals in the first half, both by sweeper Taylor Moesle, and finished off the scoring in the 68th minute on a goal from Ashley Higuchi.

North Park (6-7-1, 2-3) returns to action Thursday night when it steps out of CCIW play to host Aurora University at 7 p.m.
